Hotel Manager - Our client is currently seeking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and profitability

Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.

Manage staff performance and training.

Drive guest satisfaction through quality service and attention to detail.

Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to meet financial goals.

Implement marketing and business strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and local partners.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

Financial and budgeting acumen.

Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.) is an advantage.

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage.
