Job Description
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Promote the organization’s products and services through various channels.
Manage online presence, including social media platforms, website, and digital advertising.
Create promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
Build and maintain relationships with agencies, corporate clients, and event organizers.
Organize promotional events, and brand activations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Prepare regular marketing reports and track campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the sales and reservations team to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Required Qualifications
BSC/BEng/HND
EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years
Salary Range: N90,000 to N150,000

1. Relevant Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
