Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control kitchen costs while minimizing waste.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Innovate and introduce new recipes to enhance the hotel’s culinary offerings.
Collaborate with hotel management to align menus with events, seasons, and guest preferences.
Monitor portion sizes and food presentation for consistency.
Manage kitchen equipment, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and safe for use.
Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel or high-standard restaurant.
Demonstrated ability to prepare a wide variety of local and intercontinental cuisines.
Strong background in menu planning, food costing, and kitchen management.
