Job Description

Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.

Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to guest inquiries.

Provide accurate information about hotel services, room rates, promotions, and local attractions.

Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Maintain the front desk area in a clean and professional manner.

Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

Uphold the hotel’s customer service standards and ensure guest comfort.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

Training in Customer Service or Front Office Management is an advantage.

Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service role (preferably in hospitality).

Familiarity with hotel booking/reservation systems is an added advantage.

Well-groomed, professional appearance.

Friendly, approachable, and courteous.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

High level of integrity and reliability.
